Providence Mutual was paid to date on my family members home that was accidently burned down by another person. From the start they were not truthful telling her to get a house to live in and they would pay loss of use. for 5 months no money came. They are dragging the process out to intentionally cause this person to not be able to rebuild by the 2 yr time line. It is now post a year and they are refusing to pay the amount of the contents . the house can not have a demolition due to the contents being inside. So they move slow intentionally costing this person the house. A mortgage is paid on this house now for over ayear while they make promises they never keep. They gave her in the beginning about 4000 dollars told her to spend that on furniture and they would give her a big amount of money. After the money was spent. They never sent her the money for 5 more months. Lies, mistruths, and intentional neglect of duty. So beware of this company or you too could lose everything when you think you are covered by phony insurace.
