Providence Mutual was paid to date on my family members home that was accidently burned down by another person. From the start they were not truthful telling her to get a house to live in and they would pay loss of use. for 5 months no money came. They are dragging the process out to intentionally cause this person to not be able to rebuild by the 2 yr time line. It is now post a year and they are refusing to pay the amount of the contents . the house can not have a demolition due to the contents being inside.
