UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES
I orded this product, cancelled before the free trial date ended and continue to be charged 78.81 along with 2.63. Thats two seperate charges. I called them and they insist I have not been charged any further charges, it's funny how they can not see these charges on their computer screen and I can see them on my bank statement.
I saw another complaint and said to contact Nick Molina, CEO. I tried but was unsuccesful. Please help.

fraudulent billing
Their internet site indicated that I would not be billed for a free trial but I was. I was also sent more and billed without agreeing to that. I want my money back.

14-day trial not really full 14 days
The risk-free 14-day trial and all the terms and conditons are not prominently displayed when completing the risk-free trial form. There is a check-box in the middle of the entry form to indicate you accept the policies, but there is no promiment display, nor pop-ups or any way to initial each item in the conditons. You're really floated right through the registration without the site displaying the terms.
At any rate, the terms are 14-day risk free trial from the order date, not the received date so your trial period may only be 8 days for example. If you don't call to cancel in the 14-day period from the order date, they automatically bill you for 78.81 for the remaining balance of the risk-free trial.
I certainly wouldn't know if the product works for me in less than 14 days, so it's really not risk-free at all. I feel it was a very slick way to get you enrolled to pay 4.99 shipping + 78.81 for a 30-day supply of Pure Acai Berry. It's a scam and I should have known better.

Called and cancelled Account still being debited.
I call several weeks ago and cancelled the free trail.
the next day I received another order which I re turned unopened.
On 1-7-09 my account card was charged, 4.95 -for web access.
On 1-5-09 My card was charged 9.95, for membership???
I have already cancelled, I should not be charged for anything. Iwould like to be refunded. for the charges, I have tried to call with no results. They ask for and order number which I don`t have becauuse I did not order any thingI would like to be refunded for all charges since I did not order .

Problems cancelling
Trying to cancel free trail offer having problems. Andrew being rude after I would not let him talk me into continuing for $18.81. Would not give me specifics about returning product. I do not want my account charged $78.81. I can not afford this if they dont cancel.It will make my account overdrawn.

Fraudulent sales practices
We received a pop-up ad offering a sample of Pure AcaiBerry supplement. The only charge was a $4.95 shipping fee. We started completing the on-line form, but decided not to trust the purchase to an unknown company. The company people took thye incomplete information and called our home offering the product for $4.95.
We accepted. A charge for $74.95 appeared on the credit card.
When we attempted to call the company, there was no way to speak with anyone. The charge was contested with Citibank. irst Citibank reversed the charge...then placed it back on the card, stating that the charge had to remain because no one had cancelled it. Citibank was told there was no method to return said product or get a refund.
Has anyone else filed with their state's attorney general or with the Postal Inspection Service? We will...and more.

NO RESPONSE
I ORDERED A 14 DAYS FREE TRIAL. I RECEIVED PRODUCTS ON 01-10-09. SINCE THEN IM CALLING THE 1-866 964-1011 FOR A RETURN NUMBER BUT ITS ALWAYS BUSY OR NOT ACTIVATED. TODAY I SENT A MESSAGE AT THEIR WEB SITE BUT STILL WAITING FOR A RESPONSE. I DECIDED TO CANCEL MY DEBIT CARD AND I AM FILLING A CLAIM AT MY BANK. charging of credit card
i ordered a free sample but had to pay shipping & handling there was no number to cancel but it was not stated that after you recieve the product you will be billed monthly of 79.95. my account is being withdrawn and i would like to recieve my funds into my account. im trying to cancel on their website now but all its saying is that email address can not be found. but they sure found a way to get the funds out of my account.

$4.99 trial results in add'l $78.81 charge
I was led to believe that I was ordering a trial product for $4.99 shipping/handling. When my bill came, not only was the $4.99 on the bill, but so were three other charges, two for $78.84 and one for $78.81. This is a scam and they use unscrupulous business practices to bring in the unsuspecting. DO NOT ORDER FROM Best Cleanse, Cleanse Body, or Pure Acai Berry.

charging for product not wanted
They say try for free.Ha my credit cards been charged $74.76 twice.I have two sealed bottles I would like to ship back and get a refund.But you can't get a person on the phone.I do not want anymore, it didn't work anyhow
