I call several weeks ago and cancelled the free trail. the next day I received another order which I re turned unopened. On 1-7-09 my account card was charged, 4.95 -for web access. On 1-5-09 My card was charged 9.95, for membership??? I have already cancelled, I should not be charged for anything. Iwould like to be refunded. for the charges, I have tried to call with no results. They ask for and order number which I don`t have becauuse I did not order any thingI would like to be refunded for all charges since I did not order . Joann DISGUSTED!!! read full review »
