False advertisement, taking advantage of consumer's misinterpretation of Pure Essential's "free-trial" offer which turns to an excuse to charge at least two full amounts until you realize the scam. The most upsetting part is your credit card company do not take control of the matter and initiate a measure to save their card holder from Pure Essential's scam. I believe it is up to the Attorney General of each state where the consumer(s) got scammed to shot down this company's operations; and at the same time to check their income & tax reporting to IRS, as well as, their operation and flow of funds are engaged / related to activities covered under the definition of money laundering in the US Patriot Act (Title III of the Act, titled "International Money Laundering Abatement and Financial Anti-Terrorism Act of 2001, " is intended to facilitate the prevention, detection and prosecution of international money laundering and the financing of terrorism). One can question, if US Patriot Act Money Laundering counter-measures imposes the funds transfer institutions like credit card companies also to check the business standing of the vendors they are making the payments on behalf of their consumer clients.
