PWSA sends out bills that are incorrect. They work with Jordan Tax and turn over any delinquent accounts to them. Jordan Tax gets their cut and does not communicate to PWSA if payments are being made on the past due amounts or not. Customers are receiving shut off notices left and right for bills that are reflecting incorrect amounts. Jordan Tax does NOT send out any statements reflecting what the balance is that is owed. So what happens is that these termination notices are sent put on customers doors (sometimes NO termination notices are provided and the service is just shut off as I once encountered). When you call PWSA the reps have NO clue as to where they get the balances on the bills that you get and have even confessed that their system is very poor regarding customer billing. I have written to Senator Don Walko MANY times regarding this problem with some assistance but very little. Has anyone else had problems with PWSA?
