PWSA sends out bills that are incorrect. They work with Jordan Tax and turn over any delinquent accounts to them. Jordan Tax gets their cut and does not communicate to PWSA if payments are being made on the past due amounts or not. Customers are receiving shut off notices left and right for bills that are reflecting incorrect amounts. Jordan Tax does NOT send out any statements reflecting what the balance is that is owed.
