I ordered a princess lamp for this online company. When my daughters opened it Christmas Day it did not work. I immediately emailed this company (since there was no contact number my first clue). I received an email back with a return number to be written on the package and an address to send it to in Texas. I emailed back and asked who was to pay for the shipping and was a new one going to be sent out. They emailed back that I was to pay shipping on a defective product and they would pay for me to receive the new one. I contacted the company in Texas and was told they do not charge shipping to send out a new one. I emailed this company back with this new iformation. Guess what!!! I have not heard back from them. Never order from a company online that does not provide a contact phone number. Especially this one. I will have to pay 30 dollars of shipping form a 44 dollar lamp!!!
