I ordered a princess lamp for this online company. When my daughters opened it Christmas Day it did not work. I immediately emailed this company (since there was no contact number my first clue). I received an email back with a return number to be written on the package and an address to send it to in Texas. I emailed back and asked who was to pay for the shipping and was a new one going to be sent out. They emailed back that I was to pay shipping on a defective product and they would pay for me to receive the new one. I contacted the company... read full review »
