I ordered a couple of nose rings more than a month ago, and though Quality Nose Studs charged my account a month ago, I still have not received my order. It has taken days for them to respond to my emails and they don't return phone calls regarding my "lost order". When I have asked about the tracking information for my order, they finally responded (after several days) to let me know they heard the post was having trouble that week. But that was after 3 weeks of ordering! When I emailed to ask them if they were a legitimate business, the response vehemently defended their reputation. But the proof is in the pudding and they seem to have little interest in delivering the product I ordered, although they have my money in hand. Do I have any recourse? Or did I just make a mistake?
