I ordered a couple of nose rings more than a month ago, and though Quality Nose Studs charged my account a month ago, I still have not received my order. It has taken days for them to respond to my emails and they don't return phone calls regarding my "lost order". When I have asked about the tracking information for my order, they finally responded (after several days) to let me know they heard the post was having trouble that week.
