An man calls and says he is "Officer David Cooper" of Irvine City Policy department. He offers his badge # of 36609 CA 372 and says he is an investigator officer. One major problem is that this guy has such a heavy acent that there is no way he is a polic officer. He also had our address but it was VERY outdated. I called Irvine police department and gave this this information and they said that he was NOT a police officer and that the Badge number is not one of theirs. Also they said that the area code of 661 is near bakersfield california no where near Irvine.

The people need to be stopped if anyone knows how to get them shut down I will be more than happey to make a compiant.

also since the first call they have now tried to call me 6 times. I am reporting them to my phone company.
