An man calls and says he is "Officer David Cooper" of Irvine City Policy department. He offers his badge # of 36609 CA 372 and says he is an investigator officer. One major problem is that this guy has such a heavy acent that there is no way he is a polic officer. He also had our address but it was VERY outdated. I called Irvine police department and gave this this information and they said that he was NOT a police officer and that the Badge number is not one of theirs.
