I have been a customer of qwest for about 12 years. I did not pay my bill on accident and without a notice of diconnection they turned off my services. Did I mention that it was during the holidays! What I went through to reconnect was a joke. My due date for my bill is the 6th, well come jan. 13 and I was disconnected again. 7 days after due date without a call or writing notice and now they charged me 21.00$ to reconnect. Say the least I disconnected them as my enternet provider. I strongly sugest not to have qwest as your phone provider because they charge to come out and fix there own equipment and try to charge you for it and if you dont tell them that they are responsible they try to get away with it. As well to add fees without telling you to. When you call them to explain there policies they well not help you and they get very rude and refuse you to file a complaint.
