I have been a customer of qwest for about 12 years. I did not pay my bill on accident and without a notice of diconnection they turned off my services. Did I mention that it was during the holidays! What I went through to reconnect was a joke. My due date for my bill is the 6th, well come jan. 13 and I was disconnected again. 7 days after due date without a call or writing notice and now they charged me 21.00$ to reconnect. Say the least I disconnected them as my enternet provider. I strongly sugest not to have qwest as your phone provider... read full review »
