irctc officers are sutpid and idiot's, they are treating the caterers very silly, and not suppose to good things for the licensee...
railway has lot site to register complaints for passengers, but i am licensee paying lakhs and lakhs of amount for railway, but response from any officers, even though they passed grade exams,
railway minister has to considered only revenues.they are not considering any licensee...railway minister announced gauge converstion for pollachi stations..so the railway station is closed, , nearly for two years, but as i am a licensee i have to pay the license amount, is it correct, this is third year, officers are asking me to pay amount for the closed railway station, otherwise they will cancel may license...

hi stupid officers, you r not railway, its is a concern, not your own business unit..
