While going through my 'pending' file, I realized I still had this outstanding request sitting @ the ver back of the file ...and it was NEVER responded to by [email protected] / Rainbow Minerals. I ordered $129.60 of a product called Fivelac on 11/5/2009 and I never received the product yet they were very quick to take my money. I called, e-mailed a number of times and called again and spoke to Mary on August 19, 2011 and she claimed they would refund my money but of course, here it is years later - and I never heard anything from them. MY ADVICE? ... DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM RAINBOW MINERALS OR DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. You will likely not receive your product and you will likely never hear from them.
