While going through my 'pending' file, I realized I still had this outstanding request sitting @ the ver back of the file ...and it was NEVER responded to by [email protected] / Rainbow Minerals. I ordered $129.60 of a product called Fivelac on 11/5/2009 and I never received the product yet they were very quick to take my money. I called, e-mailed a number of times and called again and spoke to Mary on August 19, 2011 and she claimed they would refund my money but of course, here it is years later - and I never heard... read full review »
