I have booked cylinder on 13/01/2010 – Wed & the agency has confirmed me that they will send the gas cylinder on 16/01/2010-Sat. When I called them on Sat. agent has confirmed rudely that your gas has not even booked. Then he booked & confirmed that the gas will come on Monday 18/01/10. Now when I called them they are saying the gas will come on 20/01/2010 & the best part of story is they they don’t talk to the consumer properly.
Request you to look into it.
