My name is Edwin Philip. My consumer no. is 11387. I have booked cylinder on 13/01/2010 – Wed & the agency has confirmed me that they will send the gas cylinder on 16/01/2010-Sat. When I called them on Sat. agent has confirmed rudely that your gas has not even booked. Then he booked & confirmed that the gas will come on Monday 18/01/10.
