WORST EVER!!! We have a service contract with A&E, and have been trying to resolve a refrigerator issue with them for going on 3 weeks now. A technician showed up for the first appointment, and then got the needed part and installed it... fine so far. But that didn't actually solve our problem and soon the freezer wasn't frosting up again. So we called and made an appointment for them to come back... and they've now stood us up THREE TIMES IN A ROW! That's 3 times that I or my husband had to make special arrangements to stay home from work, sat here for the 4 hours, and nobody shows up. (Not to mention that all the food in our fridge & freezer is going bad!) And instead of making you a priority and putting your first the very next day, they tell you they have a spot open on 4 days! And then dont' show up for that either! The WORST customer service I've ever experienced. Don't use this company.
