WORST EVER!!! We have a service contract with A&E, and have been trying to resolve a refrigerator issue with them for going on 3 weeks now. A technician showed up for the first appointment, and then got the needed part and installed it... fine so far. But that didn't actually solve our problem and soon the freezer wasn't frosting up again. So we called and made an appointment for them to come back... and they've now stood us up THREE TIMES IN A ROW!
