I turned in a maintenance request a month and four days ago for them to fix my electricity and I have now lost my computer, tv, dvd player, microwave, and alarm/cd player because of their neglect. they did not send a REAL certified electrician till a month and four days! RIDICULOUS!!! When I called to inform them of the damages they said they wouldnt be replacing anything and that I would have to file a renters insurance claim...which would make my insurance go up...I refuse to do so because it is their problem this all happend. They are VERY inconsiderate and dont care at all about their tenants...they only care about getting their rent money. DONT MOVE THERE!
