I turned in a maintenance request a month and four days ago for them to fix my electricity and I have now lost my computer, tv, dvd player, microwave, and alarm/cd player because of their neglect. they did not send a REAL certified electrician till a month and four days! RIDICULOUS!!! When I called to inform them of the damages they said they wouldnt be replacing anything and that I would have to file a renters insurance claim...which would make my insurance go up...I refuse to do so because it is their problem this all happend.
