I am trying to get a hold of someone regarding a still valid warranty. Noone will answer the phone or return email, even though it is within their business hours. According to their website, they do still have a warranty department, even though the appliance portion of their business is shut down, but apparently it is only for show since they don't want to respond to consumers.
