I am trying to get a hold of someone regarding a still valid warranty. Noone will answer the phone or return email, even though it is within their business hours. According to their website, they do still have a warranty department, even though the appliance portion of their business is shut down, but apparently it is only for show since they don't want to respond to consumers. read full review »
