I have been dealing with this company since 2001. I had some issues with my job as I worked in the telecommunications industry and after 9-11 all jobs went south. I was unable to to keep up with payments for the original creditor and they sent my account to RJM ACQ LLC. they have had this account since 2001 and show it being opened in march of 2005, and again in april 2009 and it is showing as a collection account on my report even though it has been there for over 7 years. I have tried to speak with this company but they are rude and down right unprofessional in all aspects. I am trying to buy a house and this is hindering my purchase because it shows as an open account as of 2005 which puts it in the 4 year mark instead of 2001 putting it over the seven year mark
