I have been dealing with this company since 2001. I had some issues with my job as I worked in the telecommunications industry and after 9-11 all jobs went south. I was unable to to keep up with payments for the original creditor and they sent my account to RJM ACQ LLC. they have had this account since 2001 and show it being opened in march of 2005, and again in april 2009 and it is showing as a collection account on my report even though it has been there for over 7 years.
