This guy, Robert VanDuren is not what he pretends to be. He approached our small biotech company, claiming to be an experienced CEO. He seemed to know a bit about corporate structures, and claims to have run many public companies, and big hedge funds. We almost fell for it, and brought him in as a consultant. It became evident that he knows enough to be dangerous. His mba appears to be from a third rate school, not University of Michigan like he claimed. We cut our losses with this sleazy clown when an internet search and a background check revealed that he has some issues. The guy was involved with PEM Group and was partners with Danny Pang, an accussed scammer that committed suicide. He ran a company called AIM Point - ran it into the ground, and had legal problems. Then, he moved on to another pink sheets, microcap called Biogentec, which changed its name to Cobalis, and also ran it into the ground. This guy has been sued for securities fraud, it seems. This is just a few things we found out. look this guy up, and be careful. He does not seem like a typical hustler, and that is what makes this guy dangerous. Make up your own minds regarding Robert VanDuren, but know that we had a bad experience, and did not like what we saw when we looked below the surface. Dont let his midwestern chuckle fool you.
