This guy, Robert VanDuren is not what he pretends to be. He approached our small biotech company, claiming to be an experienced CEO. He seemed to know a bit about corporate structures, and claims to have run many public companies, and big hedge funds. We almost fell for it, and brought him in as a consultant. It became evident that he knows enough to be dangerous. His mba appears to be from a third rate school, not University of Michigan like he claimed.
