We paid rock Tops on 11/18/08 $1, 600.00 50% for new counters. On 11/25/08 they cme out and measured and said we need to pay balance in full if we want our granite installed on 12/15/08. We paid them in full for a total of $3, 200.00. On 12/3/08 we received a call from manager stating that the 15th install date will not work but he guarantees 12/23/08 install. He even left a voicemail recording with confirmation. On 12/22/08 we had our counters, sinks and appliances removed from our kitchen and bath ready for install on the 23rd. The 23rd came and went. To this day 1/4/09 we have not heard anything from them. No calls, no messages nothing. We have been reading the news, watching tv news, leaving messages and emails and Rock Tops have taken our money and have ran.
