For 7 months, Rocket Communication Services has been billing us fraudulently via ESBI (Enhanced Services Billing, Inc.) on our Verizon telephone bill for services not authorized. Verizon passes us to ESBI, who passes us to Rocket Communication Services. Rocket tells me that "Jillian Long" (NOT us or an authorized user for our telephone charge changes) signed up for services on May 23, 2008. What a slamming scam! Charges continue to be billed; NO refunds made at this point. As of today, Verizon says they will put a "block of outside charges" to our account. We'll see. I have filed a FCC complaint online, and encourage anyone involved in this scam to do so. Just google "FCC Complaints", and file a report online. Call your hone company and tell them to block outside charges. Maybe if they keep getting calls to clean up the mess, they will bill appropriately, and stop aiding the scam!!!
