For 7 months, Rocket Communication Services has been billing us fraudulently via ESBI (Enhanced Services Billing, Inc.) on our Verizon telephone bill for services not authorized. Verizon passes us to ESBI, who passes us to Rocket Communication Services. Rocket tells me that "Jillian Long" (NOT us or an authorized user for our telephone charge changes) signed up for services on May 23, 2008. What a slamming scam!
