I bought a room divider from the Lakeside Collection the first part of September and received it with the rest of my order on 9-16. Everything about the order was fine, except the divider - the most expensive object - had three large, deep gouges in the wood from when the plastic strips were placed around it. They averaged ONE THIRD INCH IN DEPTH.

I tried calling the several times, one time waiting on hold for OVER AN HOUR!!! I've sent e-mails to them and HAVE NEVER GOTTEN A RESPONSE!!

This company has good products when they are not damaged - but there is ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I do not expect any satisfaction on this purchase at this point. They obviously just don't care about having repeat customers.
