I bought a room divider from the Lakeside Collection the first part of September and received it with the rest of my order on 9-16. Everything about the order was fine, except the divider - the most expensive object - had three large, deep gouges in the wood from when the plastic strips were placed around it. They averaged ONE THIRD INCH IN DEPTH. I tried calling the several times, one time waiting on hold for OVER AN HOUR!!! I've sent e-mails to them and HAVE NEVER GOTTEN A RESPONSE!!
