Placed order for 5 panel Shoji screens which were shown as available on their website and said ships in 3 to 4 Business. The payment was charged immediately for the order. The website order status never gave any information except stating pending and paid in full. Upon repeated inquiries for the order and a lot of wasted time on waiting on hold on the phone was responded by an email stating the 5 panel is not in stock but 4 panel and 6 panel is. I responded immediately stating I would alter my order to the 6 and 4 panels but dint receive any response again. Once I called in to get a handle on things I was informed the 4 and 6 panel are not available either. On request to speaking with the supervisor the 4 and 6 panel suddenly became available but I was told the item would reach me around 2 weeks from then. Repeated requests to speaking with the supervisor were being avoided and I was being talked into cancelling the order again and again. Finally got hold of the supervisor who as as rude as the rep. Upon request to cancelling the order I was told it would take them 3-4 business days to return my money although it took them less than a minute to take the payment from me. Worst ever customer service and professional behavior I ever encountered. STAY AWAY!
