Placed order for 5 panel Shoji screens which were shown as available on their website and said ships in 3 to 4 Business. The payment was charged immediately for the order. The website order status never gave any information except stating pending and paid in full. Upon repeated inquiries for the order and a lot of wasted time on waiting on hold on the phone was responded by an email stating the 5 panel is not in stock but 4 panel and 6 panel is.
