Black mold

There bathroom have black mold on the toilet . Plus if u leave anything in there rooms they will not give it back, an the ladys that work there is so ruled. a lot of drug an other thing go on there. Plus when u found out all of those thing they will not give you a refund an I don't think thats right they need to be close down before someone get real sick or hurt. They need to get there Motel up to code.

uncleased/rude

Well on march 1st. around 8:00pm. myself [Shawn Hillard], & [Savetria Melton] arrived at the hotel carter to check-in, everything was just fine until we got to our room, & notice that the linen was spotted so we called the front desk, & they told us that some one would get us another room right away so to make a long story short we wated about 15min. & and retured to the front desk & ask what was the hold up. The guy on duty was upset for reason unkwown to us. So i ask what the problem was because i felt like we should have been mad not him we where the ones that paid $116.00 for a dump & then they turn us away unhappy in to the nite not knowing if we would get another room or not, but we did no thats to the hotel Carter.
