Well on march 1st. around 8:00pm. myself [Shawn Hillard], & [Savetria Melton] arrived at the hotel carter to check-in, everything was just fine until we got to our room, & notice that the linen was spotted so we called the front desk, & they told us that some one would get us another room right away so to make a long story short we wated about 15min. & and retured to the front desk & ask what was the hold up.
