I placed an order online at www.rubbermaid.com for a Horizontal Shed on
May 3, 2008. I received the shed with no problems.
The problem is, later, the same day I received the shed I received an
email offering 20% off of the exact shed.

I called Rubbermaid's customer service and asked if I could recieve
the 20% off of the shed since I just ordered and received it. I was
told NO! I asked what would happen if I sent the shed back and
reordered it. The representative said that was fine IF I wanted to pay
the shipping and handling to do that. In other words, I wasn't going
to save 20% no matter what I did. Rubbermaid didn't care about me as a
customer.

I feel Rubbermaid had a lot of nerve sending me a 20% off email KNOWING
FULL WELL, I just purchased the shed. This was my first and will be my
last order from www.rubbermaid.com. They would not have had my email
address, had I not placed an order with them.

BEWARE of www.rubbermaid.com. I have since found I could have
purchased the same shed at www.target.com for LESS MONEY, which
actually would be equal to the 20% off. So people, shop around first
before you order from the manufacturers website.

I am also going to write a letter of complaint to my Attorney General's
office since I feel this was an unfair business practice.
