I placed an order online at www.rubbermaid.com for a Horizontal Shed on May 3, 2008. I received the shed with no problems. The problem is, later, the same day I received the shed I received an email offering 20% off of the exact shed. I called Rubbermaid's customer service and asked if I could recieve the 20% off of the shed since I just ordered and received it. I was told NO!
