I ordered a saddle pad and halter on 2-19-10. My credit card was charged. After 2.5 weeks of waiting for the order and SEVERAL attempts to contact, I finally talked to an individual that informed me the color of the saddle pad was discontinued. She gave me a choice of available colors and said the order would go out right away.

2.5 weeks later still NO delivery of items. Have called everyday now and left messages as no one answers the phone and email address was kicked back to me as undeliverable.

I have contacted my credit card company to try and help with this situation. This company should not be allowed to do business. And warning to all equestrians - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!
