I ordered a saddle pad and halter on 2-19-10. My credit card was charged. After 2.5 weeks of waiting for the order and SEVERAL attempts to contact, I finally talked to an individual that informed me the color of the saddle pad was discontinued. She gave me a choice of available colors and said the order would go out right away. 2.5 weeks later still NO delivery of items.
