e-cigarette said they would give you a trial order and you pay only 9.99 for shipping and handling...I didn't recieve the cigarette but noticed they had went into my account and billed 99.10 for a product i haven't recieved i was able to contact a csr and was told that it was only a trial membership and i should have called and cancelled the product..my response how can i cancell if i never recieved the product and i didn't give you the authorization to debit my account that amount...then the rep stated that she would refund 50% of the 99.10 and i wanted to know why only 50% when i hadn't recieved the trial membership... she then told me it was mailed on the 20 of nov 09 and i said this is the 23rd of nov 09 so i still haven't had a trial period to say yea or nay to the product so how can you still go into my account and charge me...the csr was very fast talking
