e-cigarette said they would give you a trial order and you pay only 9.99 for shipping and handling...I didn't recieve the cigarette but noticed they had went into my account and billed 99.10 for a product i haven't recieved i was able to contact a csr and was told that it was only a trial membership and i should have called and cancelled the product..my response how can i cancell if i never recieved the product and i didn't give you the authorization to debit my account that amount...then the rep stated that she would refund 50%... read full review »
