I ordered a heat press for t-shirt transfers. On February 23 at night. I called 10 minutes later, to cancel my order. As I felt it was too expensive. They told me I would have to call back in the morning when the sales supervisor was on shift. I did, and they told me they would have to keep 30% of my money, because the order was already sent to the manufacturer. Now, this adds up to $97 and some change. I believe these people are ripping the public off and I wish someone would do something about. This is the e-mail that I received from the sale supervisor inserting my refund. This email is to confirm you wish to cancel your order. Per our website terms and conditions, as a wholesale company, we do not allow any cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds. Once an order has been placed, it is final. If extenuating circumstances require any cancellation, it will incur a 30% cancellation fee and all transit costs to be paid by purchaser. Any cancellation is at the discretion of Great Sports Inc. In order to cancel your order, it will incur a $97.49 cancellation fee for a total refund of 257.41. Please email me back to confirm you wish to cancel the order and that you agree to the terms. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM YOU WILL BE SCREWED!!!!!!!!!!!!
