I ordered a heat press for t-shirt transfers. On February 23 at night. I called 10 minutes later, to cancel my order. As I felt it was too expensive. They told me I would have to call back in the morning when the sales supervisor was on shift. I did, and they told me they would have to keep 30% of my money, because the order was already sent to the manufacturer. Now, this adds up to $97 and some change.
