I purchased a small battery powered fan from SafetyCentral.com. I received it in a reasonable amount of time. The variable speed control did not work when I received it. When I took it to work the next day the entire fan did not work. The only method SafetyCentral.com gives to contact them is by e-mail. I e-mailed with my request for a RMA to return the product. After five days I heard nothing. I e-mailed again and heard nothing. I contacted my credit card company who credited my account and advised me to return the product without return authorization, which I did. According to the web-site I am due at least some of the money I spent to return the product. Of course I have received no refund either. I advise to not purchase from SafetyCentral.com, as they are non-responsive.
