I purchased a small battery powered fan from SafetyCentral.com. I received it in a reasonable amount of time. The variable speed control did not work when I received it. When I took it to work the next day the entire fan did not work. The only method SafetyCentral.com gives to contact them is by e-mail. I e-mailed with my request for a RMA to return the product.
