I have purchased two sofas which open and turn into bed from Mor Furniture last year. I have complaints about the furniture after the 1st month. I kept complaining about it for 1 year. It has been repaired 3 times but furniture still squicks and springs are still unconfortable and hurts your back when you sleep on it or sit on it. I tried to return the furniture before warranty expired, they kept telling me that they can fix it. Furniture still have problems and now they don't even want to repair it or I can not even return it. They say that it is normal that springs squick and unconfortable. Mor furniture is a horrible company. They don't have a good customer service. They don't value their customer. They sell low quality product. Sales representitives know it but they don't tell you when they are selling it. NEVER but anything from MOR furniture. DON'T waste your money with them.
